The staff was really friendly and helpful during our stay. They were willing to go out of their way to make us feel at home and help with any needs or requests we had. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the main plaza, but tucked away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Plus, breakfast was served early, making it easy for us to start the day even when tours picked us up early.
We were disappointed at the surprise exchange rate we were given upon checkout, which seemed unfair and deceitful. However, the staff were not responsible for this policy, and did their best to rectify the issue. One of the bathrooms was also difficult to use, especially for elderly guests.
